Being an adult webmaster I have seen it all for the past fifteen years. I was doing cams back when they were streamed over a modem and having a policy of free reconnects within the first two minutes was a selling point for a cam site. Then things went to DSL and that was much better, but still no comparison to the broadband connections we enjoy today.
